Needs Analysis

HiTouch will review existing HR processes and procedures, including Employment contracts, Training, Compensation and Benefits Analysis, Recruitment and Induction Process making recommendations where appropriate.

Employee Satisfaction Survey

HiTouch can undertake an employee satisfaction survey to understand what's good and bad about working for the company, the results of which will be fed back to management. This will also assist with any future recruitment.

Performance Appraisal

HiTouch will manage the appraisal process, ensuring that Company's Management are advised as and when appraisals are due. Sitting in on appraisals, were necessary.
Disciplinary Procedures

Due to the structure of the company HiTouch can provide a competent person to be involved in any rights of appeal that may crop up.

General HR administration.

HiTouch will provide general administration assistance to the company's Management team. Dealing with any HR issues that may arise, ensuring employee files are up to date, advising of any changes in legislation etc.

The Cost Model

The cost model is based on HiTouch providing a consultant to undertake the HR/Recruitment services mentioned above.

* HiTouch will provide a consultant to work on site for one day a month to undertake any HR/Recruitment work required by the client.
* HiTouch to provide the client with access to a consultant via phone or email for basic employment advice.
* The cost model is also based on providing the same level of service you would get from an on site HR advisor, but without the cost.
* HiTouch is committed to the success of our partnership with you and will do everything commercially possible to ensure that success. We look forward to working with you in partnership for both organisations' long term growth and prosperity.

Outplacement is the structured process of helping individuals who are facing redundancy move forward in the most positive and effective manner.
